Thank you for your interest in our mail-order pharmacy. In order to fill your prescription we will require certain information from you.
Ordering Your Prescription
Fill out the order form and submit it, or fax your order toll free to 1-888-336-3411, or mail in to 600 - 180 King Street, Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada, R3B 3G8 . Any information you provide will remain confidential and a chart will be created for you and kept by the Canadian licensed physician.
Patient Information
Your prescription must be co-signed by a Canadian licensed physician. In order to do this you will be required to complete a patient questionnaire. The Canadian physician may contact you or your physician with questions.
Approval and Shipping
Once the Patient Questionnaire and prescription have been reviewed, the Canadian physician will either approve your prescription or more information will be requested. Once approved your medication will be shipped to you.
Your charges will include:
- Drug cost as quoted by our staff.
- Shipping / Handling / Postage fee of $10.00 U.S. per shipment, not per prescription.
Processing and Shipping time
Currently processing and shipment times are between 2-3 weeks from receiving the prescription and all required documents.
Refill policy
When obtaining your new prescription insure that it has refills on it. Having refills on a prescription makes re-ordering your medications easier and quicker. No questionnaire needs to be filled out for refills unless your medical condition has changed.
After your refills are completed, a new prescription from your physician is required.

We DO NOT ship controlled substances such as narcotics, amphetamines, benzodiazepins (e.g. Valium) and feel that we can best serve your needs if we concentrate on providing you with maintenance medications such as: high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, cholesterol medications etc.
Not all prescription drugs available in the U.S.A. are available in Canada. We make generic substitution wherever possible to maximize your savings. Any generic drug dispensed has been approved for substitution by Health Canada.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the Products, Products are not returnable. All sales are final sales.
